Imphal: The All Manipur Students’ Union (AMSU) Jiribam District Committee was reformed on Friday and 17 new office bearers for the term 2021-23 were elected with an aim to strengthen the apex students’ body and participate actively in major issues concerning the state.
In a press release, AMSU information and publicity secretary Wangkheimayum Rimakan informed that among the newly elected branch leaders Thanil Thokchom was appointed as President, Poresh Urikhibam and Sagolsem Ranajit as Vice-Presidents, Moirangthem Bishal as General Secretary and Kabrabam Nelson as Finance Secretary.
