Imphal: BJP, Manipur Pradesh President A. Sharda Devi extends her greetings on the occasion of Khongjom Day 2024 observance to be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Khonjom, Thoubal district.
“As we honor the valor and sacrifice of our brave ancestors on Khongjom Day 2024 (23′ April each year), let us bow our heads in reverence to the indomitable spirit of Paona Brajabasi and the countless heroes who stood unwavering in the face of adversity during the Anglo-Manipuri War of 1891” she conveyed.
In her greetings, A. Sharda devi said in the hallowed grounds of Khongjom, amidst the echoes of battle cries and the solemn whispers of history, we remember those who fought with unparalleled courage, their hearts ablaze with the fervor of freedom.
