New Delhi (Agency): The India Meteorological Department has issued heatwave alert in several states across the country till April 20. Heavy rainfall accompanied with thunderstorms/lightning and gusty winds likely at isolated places over Manipur and other Northeast states during 20th-24th April, 2024.
The weather department has also predicted heavy rainfall in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya and Manipur on Saturday.
In addition to this, scattered rainfall with thunderstorm, lightning & gusty winds has been predicted over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Kerala, among other states till April 20. (Courtesy: LiveMint)
