Imphal: Dr. Th. Debendr a Kumar, Organising Secretary of Manipur Equestrian Association in a press release informed all the concerns and the general public that the Closing Ceremony of the 17th Ningthoukhongjam Tombi State Equestrian Championship 2024 which was scheduled to be held on Friday February 2, 2024 at 1.00 pm at the Manipuri Pony Breeding Farm (MHRPA) Complex Lamphelpat has been postponed till next announcement due to unfavorable field condition on account of the inclement weather.
