Imphal: Hockey kits were distributed to the players representing Sub Junior Women State team for the upcoming 13th Hockey India Sub Junior Women National Championship to be held at Rourkela, Odisha from May 4 to 14.
The distribution function was held at Khuman Lampak turf field on Friday at 9 am. The occasion was attended by Khoirom Loyalakpa, President of Manipur Hockey; L. Bashanta Sharma, General Secretary Manipur Hockey; Maisnam Birjit CEO, Manipur Hockey and Executive Board members of Manipur Hockey. The distributed items include 18 Hockey sticks, 18 balls and 2 goalkeeper sets. Manipur Hockey extended warm wishes to the Sub Junior Women State Team for the ensuing championship.
