Imphal: Bharat Swabhiman (Trust) & Patanjali Yog Samiti, Imphal West District in association with Senjam Chirang Yoga Centre on Sunday conducted a tree plantation programme at Ibendhou Konou Lairembi complex, Sengjam Chirang, Imphal West.
About 100 tree saplings were planted inside the Lairembi complex by the Prabharis, Yoga Teachers of the Trust/Samiti, the Lai Committee’s Members and Yoga players of the Senjam Chirang Yoga Centre.
Bharat Swabhiman (Trust) and Patanjali Yog Samiti, Imphal West District have been taking up tree plantation since 2015 in different places of Imphal West. Today’s tree plantation programme is the
first for the 1st Phase of tree plantation for this year and will be continued till August 4 i.e. day of Jadi Buti Diwas of Bharat Swabhiman (Trust).
