Imphal: The day started early for some of the state winners of Femina Miss India 2023 as they held a shoot at the beautiful Loktak Lake. The contestants were treated to the mesmerising view of the lake and made sure to fully enjoy the time they had at the lake. The girls later headed to the INA campus and had a brief moment of interaction and photo shoots.

While one batch of the state winners were basking in the natural beauty of the Loktak Lake, the other batch of contestants paid a visit to one of Imphal’s premier all-girls schools – Little Flower School.

The girls were received with great fanfare. The atmosphere was filled with excitement. The state winners were introduced and welcomed with a heartwarming speech from one of the teachers, which was followed by a welcome song by the school choir.

The contestants were also treated to an amazing traditional dance performance by the students, followed by inspiring speeches of encouragement and motivation from Femina Miss India Karnataka 2023 Megan Edward, Femina Miss India Rajasthan 2023 Nandini Gupta and Femina Miss India Manipur 2023 Thounaojam Strela Luwang.

Post the welcome ceremony, the state winners held an interactive session with all the Class 10 students of the school and answered various questions asked by them, which was well received and appreciated by the students and teachers alike. The contestants then visited some of the classrooms to say their final goodbyes.

The day ended with a few of the state winners visiting Ima Market to experience the state’s culture and its vision of empowering the women of the state.

The Grand Finale of VLCC & Trends co-present Femina Miss India 2023 hosted by Manipur Tourism, co-powered by ORRA Fine Jewellery, makeup partner Colorbar Made for Magic & co-powered by Rajnigandha Pearls will be held on April 15 at Khuman Lampak Indoor Stadium in Imphal, Manipur.

The pageant will feature the 30 state winners, who will be competing for the coveted title. The winner of the pageant will represent India at the Miss World pageant.

The glamourous evening will witness the attendance of many celebrated personalities. The star-studded night will feature performances by the entertainment industry’s biggest names Ananya Panday and Kartik Aaryan. The show will be anchored by the magnetic Manish Paul and the stunning Bhumi Pednekar.

The state winners will walk the ramp in gorgeous ensembles designed by the notable designers Rocky S and Namrata Joshipura, and a special showcase by Robert Naorem, featuring traditional costumes. This special segment will aim to promote the textile, art and culture of the State.

The 30 state winners will be judged by a panel consisting of Femina Miss India Universe 2002 & Mentor Neha Dhupia, boxing icon Laishram Sarita Devi, star choreographer Terence Lewis and ace designers Rocky S and Namrata Joshipura.

The reigning Miss India winners along with a few of the former title-holders will also be putting up a dance performance through a fashion-round segment. The event will also be graced by Chief Minister N. Biren Singh.
