Imphal: Five players from Manipur have been selected in the 23-member India squad for the upcoming U23 International Friendly matches against Malaysia.
The five players from the state are Bikash Yumnam- Defender, Hormipam Ruivah- Defender, Chingangbam Shivaldo- Defender, Ningthoinganbam Meetei- Forward and Thoiba Moirangthem- Midfielder.
India will play against Malaysia on March 22 and 25, 2024 at Kuala Lampur Football Stadium.
The friendlies against Malaysia will be played inside closed door, and unfortunately no broadcast will be available for the two games.
