Imphal: The Manipur State Power Company Limited (MSPCL) in an order issued on Saturday informed that Th. Tina Devi, DGM, Generation Division, MSPCL has been suspended with immediate effect until further orders are issued.
The order issued was signed by Ng. Subhachandra Singh, Managing Director, MSPCL, Manipur further informed that the reason behind her suspension is that Th. Tina Devi was found to be irresponsible in her duty in the recent incident of spillage of fuel from the Heavy Fuel Based Power Plant, Leimakhong, Manipur.
Whereas, a disciplinary proceeding is contemplated against Th. Tina Devi in connection with the aforementioned conduct.
Therefore, Th. Tina Devi has been placed under suspension with immediate effect and until further orders, and during the suspension period, the Headquarter of Th. Tina Devi shall be the Headquarter of the concerned Division and she shall not leave the station without obtaining permission from the competent authority, the order further informed.
