With the term of interim President coming to an end, Manipur People’s Party (MPP) is all set to organise general party conference on May 31, 2023 which will elect its full term President.
A press release issued by Vice President MPP, Moirangthem Narendra Singh stated that a central committee meeting was held on Tuesday for discussing the upcoming local civic body election in June and according to Article No. VIII (2) of the party’s Constitution, the meeting resolved to conduct the annual conference of the party on May 31, 2023 and to choose the party President.
The release appealed to President/Secretary of every constituency to submit constituency committee members before April 15, 2023 at the state office.
