IMPHAL: Stating that the Youth’s Forum for Protection of Human Rights (YFPHR) has received various grievances from the returnees to Manipur from other Covid-19 Red Zones of India since the evacuation work stated by the Government of Manipur and further launching of the flight services by the GOI during this peak hour of the outbreak, the forum said it will conduct online survey

The forum stated in a press release signed by its president Kh Phajaton that the grievances it has received include Why the Government of Manipur aggressively evacuated thousands of stranded people before proper arrangements are made such as accommodation, testing facilities, heath care, etc?;  Why there is delay in testing for all the returnees?; Why the quarantine centers were not arranged prior to arrival of the returnees?; Why other returnees are brought before completing the testing of earlier returnees staying at the Quarantine?; Why there are inter mingling allowed between the earlier returnees and newly arrived people before completing testing and many more.
