Tengnoupal districts at the Darbar Hall of the CM Secretariat on
The Chief Minister told reporters that the legalisation of liquor should
not be construed that it would be available in the entire State. He said that it is a measure to save the life of the people by curbing the unrestricted sale and consumption of adulterated and unhygienic liquor in the State.
He said that legalisation does not mean that the government will give free hand on sale and consumption of liquor. License will be issued with regard to manufacture, sale and consumption, he disclosed.

not to get misguided by false propaganda.
