SBI staffs donate to orphanage

IMPHAL: State Bank of India Staff Association (SBISA), Manipur region has made a relief donation this morning to Sanggah  Muon Inn (an orphanage home) located at Bizang, Tuibong, Churachandpur for overcoming the hardship from COVID-19 pandemic related restriction.

The handing over of the amount was led by its AGS NEC region L. Manipal Meetei, Regional Secretary L . Nargit Singh and Zonal Secretary Roshan Kshetrimayum.

 The team from Imphal  and  State Bank of India Tuibong Branch  donated 2 bag of rice, two bag of dal, one bag of salt , one tin of edible oil, four kg of fermented fish , one  kg of chilli and the items were procured from contribution donated by the members located all over Manipur. Material contribution will also  be made  to others orphanages in other part of the State in a days to come by SBISA Manipur region, it was stated.

 The Relief material were handed to the administrator and children of the orphanage home where the AGM NEC region of SBISA  said that they are not able to give a huge amount of relief material to the orphanage home but vowed the administration and inmates of Sanggah Muon inn that it came straight from their heart which was well reciprocated  by the administrators of the home.
