Imphal:
A combined team of Bishnupur District Commando and 31 Assam Rifles has arrested an active cadre of proscribed militant outfit People’s Liberation Army (PLA) from Moirang Lamkhai on Friday around 3:30 pm.
The arrested cadre has been identified as Khoyangbam James Singh @ Bungcha @ Binoi @ Siroi (33 years), son of Khoyangbam Loken Singh of Moirangthem Leijubam Leikai, Moirang.
A case has been registered at Moirang Police Station and investigation is going on.
