Thoubal: The District e-Governance society, Thoubal District has informed to all the CSC VLEs of the Thoubal and Kakching District residing at every corner that the VLEs who have not submitted Police Verification Certificate for service as a VLE to the District Managers, CSC Thoubal, must be submitted on or before the September 30, 2020.
A press release informed that police verification is needed to run a CSC centre honestly that the VLEs are serving on many e-Governance schemes and projects of the State and Central Governments as well as private sectors.
The certificate must be submitted as a scan soft copy along with CSC ID, mobile number, address, Gram Panchyat or Municipality name in a separate excel file mentioning the details given through the email email@example.com or WhatsApp number 7005099061 or 8731872950, the release states.
Further, the release also informed to display the Digital Seva CSC signboard and orange colour paint the centre according to the criteria as soon as possible before the physical verification is coming by the managers within this month. Those VLEs who are not following the rules and instructions will be relieved of the CSC ID and they must work honestly with full co-operation with the public for better CSC services, the release states.
