In a press release, Secretary Information and Publicity of MMWO, Uchiwa Branch Md. Tashim Khan said that a 3-year Chesabam Himat from Santhel Khong Manung under Kakching district fell into a water at around 10.15 AM on Friday and was brought to Mayang Imphal PHC but unfortunately the Medical Officer of the PHC Dr. Kiranmala Meishnam refused medical care.
