She urged to bring in solution to the unbalanced power relationships between men and women.

She further stated that it’s important to not only focus on self health, but also on the health of loved ones and others. Womanhood involves encouragement, support and community – and health is one of those areas where women can lift each other up. Make health an easy topic of conversations with your friends and family. Share health tips and concerns. Join exercise groups or buddy up to go to the gym or for a jog. Set goals together and celebrate when you achieve them. Watch out for any warning signs for bad physical or mental health.

She concluded with a motivation to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women’s achievements and thus collectively, each one of us can help create a gender equal world.
