The CAA has come into effect. Now, it’s a law of the country. The whole world is looking towards India with a suspicious eye due to the protests after its implementation. What is going to happen now? All the opposition parties are against the implementation of the new law. Unfortunately, every political party is acting in haste and reacting without diving deep into this subject to understand it.
Scared of losing their support base among voters, political parties are jumping into collision in haste and in the process, they are creating mess not only for themselves but also for the society.
It has already created a pandemonium type situation in some parts of the country.
Indian population is dominated by youth, who are maximum 30-32 years of age. This age group is very volatile and sensitive towards their fundamental rights, security and growth.
Political parties, who were still trying to come to terms with the government’s masterstroke of removing Article 370, started poisoning the minds of the masses with their vociferous speeches on CAA, without doing detailed studies of the new Act and not even bothering to realize the consequences of their actions.
Political parties should first read the details of CAA. They should try to find out wrongs, if any , in the Act and then bring those out in the public domain. But their actions are just the opposite and irresponsible. They are just creating a furore among the young bloods of the country.
They have managed to achieve success to some extent but very soon them. It’s going to open a new door in India as in the world.
No country in the world has allowed its neighbours to infiltrate into their land. The best example is the US, where President Trump is making a wall to stop illegal immigrants from Mexico.
Surprisingly people like Satya Nadella, the CEO of Apple, are making a political statement without knowing the sensitivity of matter in the context of India. There is a big difference between legal and illegal immigrants. He was a legal immigrant in the US, a fact that paved the way for his excellence.
MK Gandhi and Maulana Azad said before independence on July 7,1947 that Hindus and Sikhs who are in a minority in Pakistan should be welcomed if they wanted to come back to India.
The present BJP government under PM Modi, in its second innings, has created and impression that it is taking decisions very fast, which no government has done in the 72 years of independence.
History tells us that since time immemorial all hard decision have been taken in a very short span of time.
CAA is going to change the political landscape of India. Sooner or later most of the political parties will have to fall in line and it will be a game-changer altogether and that too on a very positive note.
CAA will lead to renaissance in Indian politics and it will have direct consequences in the neighbouring countries as well. Already these countries are feeling the pinch, but in the long run, it will make them more self-reliant. They will be forced to create infrastructure, education and employment for their own people.
