IMPHAL: All 92 stranded individuals who were brought back to Manipur on Saturday have tested negative of Covid-19. Out of 92 persons, eighty-five individuals were from Guwahati and five individuals were from Mizoram.
In a press release from Covid-19 Common Control Room, additional director cum spokesperson of health department said that all the protocols have been maintained by the state government so far in dealing with these 92 returnees. The statement further said that now they will be sending at their home for quarantine after adequate counseling for strict adherence to quarantine rules. It is said that the concerned district authorities will be closely monitoring them.
It is also said that the government has been following the protocol and taking all preventive measures. The release appealed to extend support from public, especially in adopting social distancing
