IMPHAL: In yet another incident of kindness, a 7-year old Mizo boy has donated his entire saving of Rs 333/ for fight against the dreaded COVID-19.
The seven year old boy has been identified as Rommel Lalmuansanga from Kolasib Venglai in Mizoram.
In his official Twitter account, Zoramthanga, Chief Minister of Mizoram tweeted, “This tiny bundle contains Rs. 333/- in cash and coins; 7-year-old Rommel Lalmuansanga from Kolasib Venglai donated his entire savings to his Village Level Task Forces in this war against the dreaded Covid-19 pandemic.” (Sic)

Exactly a year ago, another Mizo boy caught the attention and won the internet when the six-year old (then) Derek C Lalchhanhima brought o hospital a dead chicken and Rs 10 in hands, seeking treatment for the chicken. He had accidently ran over the chicken then.
