KANGPOKPI: The novel virus, Coronavirus, has intruded Kangpokpi district’s first line of defence with a 60-year old ASHA worker from the district HQs Ward No. 5 testing positive for the virus.

It would be a wise decision on the part of the people mainly those dealing in various business including vegetable vendors and dealers outside of Kangpokpi from across the state not to visit the town as Kangpokpi is no more a safe zone with the likelihood and threat of community spread while it will be also for personal safety and for the denizens of Kangpokpi DHQs as well as to prevent the spread of the disease.
