1984 Batch of Kakching High School extend monetary help to Footballer Ramananda

Thoubal: The Students of Kakching High School of 1984 Matric Batch has extended monetary help of Rs. 10,800 to renowned footballer of Manipur N. Ramananda Singh who is currently undergoing treatment from serious illness.

The students’ group extended the monetary help through Anchor of Diamond Radio James Heikrujamgi at the office of Diamond Radio at Khongjom on Friday.

President of the students’ group N. Munal Meitei said that while the football player was playing in his good health, we felt proud of him for being sons of Manipur.

However, today he is now suffering from serious illness and undergoing treatment at hospital, he added.

Munal said, considering it is our duty to extend help to him, the students’ group took up the initiative and extended the monetary help from which his medicines and other necessary items can be brought to treat his illness.
